Experiences

NAGO develops and manufactures standard and customized automation overall solutions based on more than a decade of mechanical automation expertise over 15 years, with particular focus on flattened square coils, flat loop coils, high power flat coil, core closed cold extrusion Winding business.
With more than 10 years of accumulated valuable experience, the company has developed several generations of flat wire winding machine and a series of overall solutions, designed for customers tailored to meet the needs for various industry customers in collocation, function, cost, specifications and requirements.

From Zero to One

NAGO always sticks to customer new product development and is committed to reducing the manufacturing costs of client products. From the year 2012 we started to demonstrate, design, experiment, modify, and in the beginning of 2013, we succeeded in developing the first generation domestic flat wire with square coil automatic winding equipment which is suitable for mass production.

High Performance

NAGO prevails in the cold extrusion molding winding development and provides the solutions for many challenges in the flat coil winding field with excellence performance.
Winding tooling accept big tolerance, adjustable flat copper wire tolerance, bandwidth and winding coil tightness, intelligent mistake-proofing, adaption to large cross-sectional area of copper wire, and all the above features ultimately contribute to a high level of machine accuracy and production capacity, while still maintaining a low maintenance cost.

Highlighted Value

The industry can achieve thickness variations between the minimum 0.1mm up to the maximum 1.5mm of flat copper wire (0.10 ~ 1.50mm), meanwhile the length of the coil end can be adjusted, and timely response to different needs of customers are always available. The overall mechanical modular design makes it possible for further enhancement of mechanical performance, risk reducing, space saving, cost and earlier marketing.
